The Bien app is how you use the service. These notes explain what to expect before you confirm a payment.

Using Bien

Download the app, complete registration, and sign in. What you can do depends on the services available to your account. That can include adding money, sending and receiving money, paying bills, paying a merchant, and other supported services.

Tickets and Causes are part of the wider Bien ecosystem. Each one is used for what it is built for: events, and verified fundraisers.

Fees

Fees vary by the transaction or service. Any charge is shown before you confirm. If you need the current pricing, ask Bien support.

If a transaction does not complete

Check the transaction history in the app before you try again. Depending on what happened, the transaction may still go through or it may be reversed. If your money is affected and it has not been resolved, contact Bien with the transaction reference.
